This conveyor is engineered not just as a standard product, but as a configurable system. From frame length and drive selection to belt type and idler spacing, every major component is specified to match the unique demands of your specific project, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Core Design Features & Specifications

The TCC-Series is built with high-quality, durable components to ensure long-term performance with minimal maintenance.

Frame & Structure

Constructed with heavy-duty 6” x 8.2# structural channel for superior rigidity and stability under full load. Frames are designed for multiple lengths and can be customized.

Belt & Components

Belts are selected per application. A typical specification is a 2-ply 220# SBR belt with 3/16” x 1/16” covers, available in widths from 18” to 48”, finished with mechanical lacing.

Idler System

Equipped with 4” diameter CEMA B rated carrying and return idlers. Spacing is calculated based on belt width and load. Troughing idlers are available in 20, 35, and 45-degree angles.

Take-Up & Drive

Features a protected screw take-up frame for safe and easy belt tensioning. Drive systems are fully engineered and sized to meet the specific torque and power requirements of the application.

Operational & Safety Enhancements

Belt Tracking & Cleaning: Training idlers for long-run tracking and belt scrapers for material carryback reduction.
Loading & Discharge: Impact idlers/cradles for heavy loading zones, receiving hoppers, and discharge spouts.
Containment: Skirted side rails and totally enclosed designs to minimize spillage and contamination.
Structural Options: Truss frames for longer spans, catwalks, service platforms, and structural supports.

Specialized Configurations

Incline Handling: Pattern top and cleated belt designs for effective conveying on inclines.
Environmental Protection: Galvanized hinged weather covers, dust-tight, wash-down, corrosion-resistant, and explosion-proof electrical packages.
Material Diversion: Gravity or cross belt conveyor trippers for discharging product at points along the conveyor length.
Advanced Designs: Stainless steel frames, radius upturns, nose-over frames, and full custom designs per customer specifications.
